Attend Your Class at Any Location!

Your registration allows you to take classes at any of these locations during the term provided the class is offered there.

More Convenient Kids Class Times

We’ve added kids kung fu classes on Tuesdays at 4pm, Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 4pm, Thursdays at 1pm, Thursdays at 4pm, and Saturdays at 12pm!

The existing Saturday 1pm kids class has been shifted to Saturday at 1:30pm.

New Kids Kung Fu ‘Plus’ Classes!

Kids who excel and meet the minimum Grade 3 requirements will now be pushed more during kids classes on Fridays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 10:30am, and Sundays at 10:30am. Kids must also attend at least one regular kids class during the week in order to qualify.

These kids will be specially training to take their forms to a higher level with greater power, precision, and pop; preparing them for competition and performances. There is also more emphasis to safe sparring to enhance their martial arts experience and skillset.

Homeschool Focus

This term we’ve tested an early afternoon kids kung fu Wednesday class at 1pm and it worked out great for the homeschoolers and the class has grown considerably.

We’re adding Thursdays at 1pm to make more options available for homeschool parents.

Wuxing Five Animal Wudang Qigong

This term we’ve added a new qigong class based on authentic traditional Wudang culture. We experienced it during our trip to China and even got to meet with the Wudang master there.

David Ballantyne had been training there earlier in the year and has become adept at this style of qigong. Now everyone can learn it too!
