Experience Shaolin Event | Free Day of Trial Classes Signup Form

The next free day of trial classes will be Saturday, May 4th, 2013, from 2pm to 5pm. You can sign up here to reserve your spot.


The Shaolin Temple in China is world famous for its kung fu and is like the Harvard University of martial arts. Now you and your children can learn its 1,500 year old traditions and ancient arts in Toronto!

The Experience Shaolin Event will provide you the opportunity to:
o participate in Shaolin sitting meditation (at approximately 2pm)
o experience Shaolin Qi Gong and learn about its benefits (at approximately 2:30pm)
o try the Shaolin kung fu fitness workout (at approximately 3:30pm)
o see live demonstrations of Shaolin Kung Fu (at approximately 4:30pm)

Note that these classes are for teens and adults, and will run from 2pm to 5pm. You are not obligated to stay for the entire event and may leave at any time. There will be a special time slot at 5pm for children between the ages of 6 and 14.

Instructor Shi Chang Dao, 35th Generation Shaolin Disciple of Master Shi Guo Song (a 34th generation Shaolin Warrior Monk who lived and trained at the Shaolin Temple since the age of 6), will be on hand to provide free lessons and explain the intricacies of these arts.
